A Supreme Court spokeswoman says Justice Stephen Breyer was robbed last week by a machete-wielding intruder at his vacation home in the West Indies.Why is that funny? Becasue Justice Bryer has said in a Supreme Court opinion:
“I can find nothing in the Second Amendment’s text, history, or underlying rationale that could warrant characterizing it as ‘fundamental’ insofar as it seeks to protect the keeping and bearing of arms for private self-defense purposes.”What I'd like to know is whether Justice Bryer has now changed his mind, or whether he still continues to hold that opinion,
